This volume is much better than Rebirth, Book 9. It is still quite the same, telling the story between the big occasions, but this time more is happening. In the end there is more action also.
Secrets are revealed and new questions asked, especially the question of who the Man in the Robe is. The good years are over.
I think we soon will get to know what happened and made Kalutika the enemy. Why his personality changed from the 17th century to 21st century is something I'd like to know.
Other stuff that's happening:
- Lilith and Desh's relationship is moving forward ♥
- The mystery of Kalutika's birth. (I laughed so hard!)
